Our new Toronto plastic surgery clinic features state-of-the-art operating and patient recovery rooms to offer our clients the utmost safety, care, and comfort. Choosing a Plastic Surgeon
A “Plastic Surgeon” is a surgical specialist (a Surgeon) who has completed a minimum of five years of study and training in Plastic Surgery after receiving a medical degree. This qualification is regulated by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. A “Cosmetic Surgeon” is a general term used by many physicians.
About Our Surgeons
Dr. Haley Augustine
MScOT, MD, FRCSC
Haley Augustine is a Board-certified Plastic Surgeon with Fellowship training in hand, wrist, and peripheral nerve surgery. She completed medical training at Dalhousie University and residency at McMaster University. Prior to medicine, Dr. Augustine completed her undergraduate degree at Queens University and Masters in Occupational Therapy at Dalhousie University and continues to combine her therapeutic approach and surgical expertise to treat her patients.
She welcomes referrals for all aspects of plastic surgery, such as wounds, skin cancers, breast surgery and general cosmetic surgery, with a special interest in hand, wrist and peripheral nerve surgery. "Dr. Augustine’s extremely capable and friendly approach will prove to benefit everyone she meets"
Dr. John Gencarelli
MD, FRCSC
John Gencarelli is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with Fellowship training in reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery. He holds an active associate position at the Mackenzie Richmond Hill and Vaughan Cortellucci Hospitals. His scope of practice is broad and includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: breast (reduction, breast cancer reconstruction, asymmetries), skin (melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers, benign lesions, soft tissue tumors), hand and nerve (carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar nerve compression, Dupuytren’s contracture, trigger finger, tendon injuries, fractures), as well as general cosmetic surgery. Dr Gencarelli prides himself on compassionate care and a meticulous approach. He is sure to be an asset to our community.
Dr. Kevin O’Grady
BASc, MHSc, MD, FRCSC
Dr. Kevin O’Grady is a fully certified Plastic Surgeon by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is a staff Plastic Surgeon in Richmond Hill and Vaughan. He completed his five years of Plastic Surgery training at McMaster University, followed by a year of Fellowship training in Craniofacial Surgery at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Breast Reconstruction and Aesthetic Breast Surgery at Women’s College Hospital.
